Thinking of you Macalee
by: Jane

Dear Macalee,

Sending hugs and hope to you. Treatment for pancreatic cancer can be almost as brutal as the cancer itself... praying that you are finding your strength picking up as the days go by. Be sure and talk with your doctors and care staff, they may be able to adjust your treatment, or check your blood levels to determine if they can minimize the fatigue somehow.

Thinking of you this day, trusting in the Grace-Giver to hold you close, Always, Jane

Fatigue
by: Macalee H.

I was diagnosed with cancer of the pancreas in October 2014, and was given 6 months to one year to live. I never felt better, so assumed the doctors had made a big mistake. Until .... about 3 months ago I began to feel fatigued. Now it is so bad that it's difficult for me to perform small chores. A friend came to see me yesterday and I told her I had been searching the internet for a sleep doctor and one who specialized in Daytime Sleepiness. One hour after she left I received email from her with an attachment of your site regarding Fatigue. That answered my question. I am reading the rest of your items and they are most helpful. Thank you so much for sharing your mother's many problems with us.

Prayers for Hope and Healing
by: Jane

Larry,
Thank you so for your kind words. Mom would be so grateful that her story is still helping others. But she would also be the first to tell you how sorry she is that you ever had need to find our website... Pancreatic cancer is such a vicious disease. I'm sure you and your wife feel like you can't wake up from this nightmare that is all too real. Please know that you are not alone. And that there is hope...new treatments, new clinical trials... we feel so sure that a cure is ever-near.

Holding you both up in our prayers and thoughts. Please let us know how your wife is doing if you are able. Praying you find that there is always Grace enough for each day, indeed, for each moment of this journey. Sending hugs across the miles... In Grace Always, Jane
